Sleep and Wellness go hand-in-hand: the quality of our sleep affects our long-term health and wellbeing.

After two major surgeries, 3 months apart, followed by a year of chronic pain, sleep deprivation, and hospital and private treatments, I couldn't imagine feeling 'well' again.

We bought a new bed just months before the first operation, and were disappointed that my sleep didn't improve. Instead my sleep got progressively worse, and affected my quality of life.

A year after my first operation we were introduced to Nikken's wellness products, and I instantly felt some strength and balance with the insole demonstration, and improved flexibility using the magboy.
