2011 is the Year of the Rabbit

In the Chinese Calender, 2011 brings in the year of the Rabbit, promising a quieter, more considered year than that from the upheaval brought by last year's Tiger. In terms of ourselves this means a chance to focus on wellbeing rather than be buffeted by life's day-to-day challenges,and I'd love to help you to really improve your life in 2011.

For me, my resolution this year is to feel really healthy, energised and well! Can I help you to do the same?
