Nikken is underpinned by the philosophy of The Five Pillars of Health, that is, that we need a Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Health Family, Healthy Society, and Healthy Finances in order to achieve balance and wellness in our lives. Nikken offers a way to help you achieve balance in all these areas and we would be happy to share these with you!

Having a Healthy Body is vital in helping us achieve in the other areas of life and because of the many advances in technology, our bodies are bombarded by unhealthy influences that take us further away from what nature intended. Mobile phones, Wi-Fi, electronic appliances, and even the structure of our homes interfere with our body’s ability to heal itself. All these things are here to stay, so what can we do to counteract the harmful influence?
